The Redfern River Lodge

Redfern River Lodge is located at Eagle Bay on the spectacular 52 mile long Eutsuk Lake in the 2.5 million acre North Tweedsmuir Park in British Columbia, Canada. “BIG EUTSUK” is located on the east slope of the coast range. The lodge is permitted to fish 15 lakes and 4 rivers with world class fly fishing. Some of these waters may not have been fished in years and we will explore new ones each year. We are the only Lodge in North Tweedsmuir Park, giving you a very unique opportunity to experience this remote area. We call it the “REDFERN EXPERIENCE

Redfern River Lodge was purchased from West Coast Resorts by Randy and Gabriella Hamp in 2008. They are pleased to be reopening in 2009. Randy grew up in the area and he and Gabriella fell in love with Redfern. They now wish to share it with the world and are committed to maintaining a high standard of service.

Darrell Anderson has been appointed to oversee lodge operations. Darrell also grew up in the area and brings a lifetime of outdoor experience. He has guided in Northern BC and the Yukon for 20 years and taught Wilderness Guiding Skills at the North West Community College in Smithers, BC. With a deep passion for nature, he is honored to have the opportunity to share this remarkable fishing paradise with other enthusiasts.

A dedicated team is in place to provide for your every need and make your stay in this truly special place, something you will never forget. The lodge caters to a limited number of guests per week ensuring they can maintain the peaceful, serenity of this wilderness retreat.
